Double-click the My Computer icon.
Double-click the folder %Window% >SIMCSS, WINTRIM, or NAVPMC.
Note: %Windows% is the Windows directory, which is usually C:\Windows or C:\WINNT.
Double-click the UNINSTALL.EXE file.
These files need to go but one of them is running in memory - so you need to kill the process before Windows will allow you to delete it.
Press Control ALT Delete and look for the process called.
WINDOWS\NAVPMC\NAVPMC.EXE
