When this program executes, the program performs a specific set of actions. This usually works toward the goal of allowing the trojan to survive on a system and open up a backdoor.

    Manual removal: Double-click the My Computer icon.
    Double-click the folder %Window% >SIMCSS, WINTRIM, or NAVPMC.
    Note: %Windows% is the Windows directory, which is usually C:\Windows or C:\WINNT.
    Double-click the UNINSTALL.EXE file.

    These files need to go but one of them is running in memory - so you need to kill the process before Windows will allow you to delete it.
    Press Control ALT Delete and look for the process called.
    WINDOWS\NAVPMC\NAVPMC.EXE

    Kill it.

    Then Delete this file.

    C:\WINDOWS\NavExt.dll

    Delete this entire folder:
    C:\WINDOWS\NAVPMC\
