    Adware is any software application in which advertising is displayed while the program is running. The authors of these applications include additional code that delivers the ads, which can be viewed through pop-up windows or through a bar that appears on a computer screen and sometimes through text links or in integrated search results. Adware may or may not track personal information. It may also gather information anonymously or in aggregate only. Users should check the EULA and Privacy policy to ensure if the adware on their machines conforms to their standards.

    Manual removal: The CamGirlsLive ToolBar can be automatically uninstalled via:

    Close all Internet Explorer Windows.

    Click Start|Settings|Add/Remove Programs...

    Find CamGirlsLive ToolBar in the listbox, select it, and click the Add/Remove button.

    In the event that the above instructions do not work you can remove the Toolbar manually via:

    Close all Internet Explorer Windows.

    Click Start|Run... and type:

    Windows 98/ME:
    C:\windows\system\regsvr32 /u c:\windows\system\cglbar.dll
    Windows 2K/XP:
    C:\windows\system32\regsvr32 /u c:\windows\system32\cglbar.dll

    Then Click OK.

    To locate the ToolBar files manually you can do:

    Click Start|Search...

    In the Search for Files or Folders named field type:

    cglbar

    And press the Search Now button.

    You can then select the two files (cglbar.exe and cglbar.dll) on the right and delete them.
